o Select level of registration
o State name of country of origin of the company
o Indicate acceptance of UN “Net 30 days” payment
terms
o Names of owners and principals of the company
o Names of intermediaries, agents, or consultants used
(if any)

Registration Criteria – Level 1
o Estimated contract award up to US $200, 000


o Estimated contract award from US $200,000 to US $1 Million
o In addition to the requirements for Level 1 registration, the following
documents are required for Level 2 registration


o Estimated contract award from US $1 Million to less than US $5
Million
o In addition to the requirements for Level 1 and 2, the following


o Estimated contract award US$5 Million and above.
