For he is ever a sun, and she a moon. And the sign shall be myecstasy, the consciousness of the continuity of existence, the omnipresence of my body. ،‫62. ﺳﭙﺲ ﮔﻔﺖ ﭘﻴﻐﺎﻣﺒﺮ و ﺑﺮده ﻳﮕﺎﻧﻪ زﻳﺒﺎ: ﻣﻦ ﻛﻴﻢ، و ﻧﺸﺎن ﭼﻪ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد؟ ﭘﺲ اؤ ﺑﻪ وي ﭘﺎﺳﺦ داد‬ ‫ﻃﺎق زده، ﺷﻌﻠﻪ اي ﻣﻼﻳﻢ آﺑﻲ، ﺑﺴﻴﺎر اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ، ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻧﺎﻓﺬ، دﺳﺘﺎن دﻟﭙﺬﻳﺮش ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎﻻي زﻣﻴﻦ ﺳﻴﺎه، و ﺑﺪن‬،‫ﻧﺮﻣﺶ ﺧﻤﻴﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﻬﺮ، و ﭘﺎي ﻧﺮﻣﺶ ﻛﻪ زﻳﺎن ﻧﺮﺳﺎﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻠﻬﺎي ﻛﻮﭼﻚ: ﺗﻮ داﻧﺴﺘﻲ! و آﮔﺎﻫﻲ از اﺳﺘﻤﺮار وﺟﻮد‬ .‫ﺣﻀﻮر ﺑﺪن ﻣﻦ، ﻧﺸﺎن ﺣﻆ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد‬27. This is the creation of the world, that the pain of division is as nothing, and the joy ofdissolution all. .‫03. اﻳﻦ ﺧﻠﻘﺖ ﻋﺎﻟﻢ اﺳﺖ، ﻛﻪ درد ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻫﻴﭻ اﺳﺖ، و ﻟﺬت اﻧﺤﻼل ﻫﻤﻪ‬31. For these fools of men and their woes care not thou at all! They feel little; what is, isbalanced by weak joys; but ye are my chosen ones. ‫13. ﭼﺮاﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻧﺎداﻧﺎن اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎ و اﻧﺪوﻫﻬﺎﻳﺸﺎن اﺑﺪا ﻏﻢ ﺗﻮ ﻧﺪارﻧﺪ؛ آﻧﭽﻪ ﻫﺴﺖ، ﺑﺎ ﻟﺬات ﺳﺴﺖ ﻣﺘﻌﺎدل‬ .‫ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد؛ وﻟﻲ ﺗﻮ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﻳﺪه ﻣﻨﻲ‬32. Obey my prophet! follow out the ordeals of my knowledge! seek me only! The joysof my love will redeem ye form all pain.   12. 12. ١١‫23. اﻃﺎﻋﺖ ﻛﻦ ﭘﻴﻐﺎﻣﺒﺮ ﻣﻦ! ارداﻟﻲ1 ﻫﺎي داﻧﺶ ﻣﻦ را ﺑﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم رﺳﺎن! ﻓﻘﻂ ﻣﺮا ﺑﺠﻮي! ﻟﺬات ﻋﺸﻖ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻮ را از ﻫﻤﻪ دردﻫﺎ رﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ. ﭼﻨﻴﻦ اﺳﺖ: ﺑﻪ ﮔﻨﺒﺪ ﺑﺪﻧﻢ ﻗﺴﻢ ﻣﻲ ﺧﻮرم؛ ﺑﺎ ﻗﻠﺐ و زﺑﺎن ﻣﻘﺪﺳﻢ؛ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺮ‬ !‫آﻧﭽﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮ ﺑﺪﻫﻢ، ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ ﺷﻮﻗﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ ﺷﻤﺎ دارم‬33. Then the priest fell into a deep trance or swoon, & said unto the Queen of Heaven;Write unto us the ordeals; write unto us the rituals; write unto us the law! ‫33. ﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﻮﺑﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻠﺴﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺿﻌﻒ ﻋﻤﻴﻘﻲ رﻓﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺒﺎﻧﻮي ﺑﻬﺸﺖﮔﻔﺖ؛ ارداﻟﻲ ﻫﺎ را ﺑﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺑﮕﻮ؛‬ !‫آﻳﻴﻨﻬﺎ را ﺑﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺑﮕﻮ؛ ﺷﺮﻳﻌﺖ را ﺑﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺑﮕﻮ‬34. But she said: the ordeals I write not, the rituals shall be half known and halfconcealed: the law is for all. ‫43. وﻟﻲ اؤ ﮔﻔﺖ: ارداﻟﻲ ﻫﺎ را ﻧﻨﻮﻳﺴﻢ، آﻳﻴﻦ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻧﻴﻤﻪ داﻧﺴﺘﻪ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﻣﺨﻔﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ: ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﺑﺮاي‬ .‫ﻫﻤﻪ اﺳﺖ‬35. This that thou writest is the threefold book of law. .‫53. اﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻮ ﻣﻲ ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻲ ﺷﺮﻳﻌﺘﻲ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ اﺳﺖ‬36. My scribe Ankh-af-na-khonsu, the priest of the princes, shall not in one letter changethis book; but lest there be folly, he shall comment thereupon by the wisdom of Ra-Hoor-Khu-it. ‫63. ﻛﺎﺗﺐ ﻣﻦ، ا َﻧﺦ−ف−ن−ﺧُﻨﺴﻮ، ﻣﻮﺑﺪ اﻣﻴﺮان، ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺴﺖ اي ﻛﺘﺎب ﺣﺘﻲ در ﻳﻚ ﺣﺮف ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻳﺎﺑﺪ؛ وﻟﻲ‬ .‫ﻣﺒﺎدا ﻧﺎﺑﺨﺮدي ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، در ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ وي ﺑﺎ داﻧﺎﻳﻲ را−ﻫﻮر−ﺧﻮﻳﺖ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﻧﻮﺷﺖ‬37. Also the mantras and spells, the obeah and the wanga; the work of the wand and thework of the sword; these he shall learn and teach. ‫73. ﻫﻤﻴﻨﻄﻮر ذﻛﺮﻫﺎ و اوراد، ﻃﻠﺴﻢ2 و اﻓﺴﻮن3، ﻛﺎرﻛﺮد ﻋﺼﺎ4 و ﻛﺎرﻛﺮد ﺷﻤﺸﻴﺮ را؛ اﻳﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ‬ .‫ﺑﻴﺎﻣﻮزد و ﺑﻴﺎﻣﻮزاﻧﺪ‬38. Who calls us Thelemites will do no wrong. if he look but close into the word. Forthere are therein Three Grades, the Hermit, and the Lover, and the Man of earth. Hell! ‫14. ﻛﻠﻤﻪ ﮔﻨﺎه، ﻣﺤﺪودﻳﺖ اﺳﺖ.اي ﻣﺮد! ﻫﻤﺴﺮت را را رد ﻣﻜﻦ، اﮔﺮ اؤ ﻣﻲ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ! اي ﻋﺎﺷﻖ، اﮔﺮ ﺗﻮ‬ ‫ﻣﻲ ﺧﻮاﻫﻲ، رواﻧﻪ ﺷﻮ! ﻣﻴﺜﺎﻗﻲ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه را ﻳﻜﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ ﺟﺰ ﻋﺸﻖ: ﻫﻤﻪ دﻳﮕﺮ ﻧﻔﺮﻳﻦ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻔﺮﻳﻦ‬ !‫ﺷﺪه! ﻧﻔﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎد در اﻋﺼﺎر! ﺟﻬﻨﻢ‬42. Let it be that state of manyhood, bound and loathing. So with thy all; thou hast noright but to do thy will. ‫24. ﺑﮕﺬار آن ﺣﺎل ﺗﻜﺜﺮ ﺑﻤﺎﻧﺪ، ﻣﺤﺼﻮر و ﻣﻨﻔﻮر. ﭘﺲ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﮕﺎﻧﺘﺎن، ﺗﻮ ﻫﻴﭻ ﺣﻖ ﻧﺪاري ﺟﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم اراده‬ .‫ات‬43. Do that, and no other shall say nay. .‫34. آن ﻛﻦ، و ﻫﻴﭻ دﻳﮕﺮي ﻧﻪ ﻧﺨﻮاﻫﺪ ﮔﻔﺖ‬44. For pure will, unassuaged of purpose, delivered from the lust of result, is every wayperfect. .‫44. ﺑﺮاي اراده ات، ﺑﻲ ﺗﺨﻔﻴﻒ ﻣﻘﺼﻮد، آزاد از ﺷﻬﻮت ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ، ﻫﻤﻪ ره ﻛﻤﺎل اﺳﺖ‬45. The Perfect and the Perfect are one Perfect and not two; nay, are none! !‫54. ﻛﻤﺎل و ﻛﻤﺎل ﻳﻚ ﻛﻤﺎل ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻧﻪ دو؛ ﻧﻪ! ﻫﻴﭽﻨﺪ‬46. Nothing is a secret key of this law. Sixty-one the Jews call it; I call it eight, eighty,four hundred & eighteen.‫64. ﻫﻴﭻ ﻛﻠﻴﺪ ﺳﺮي اﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﻳﻌﺖ اﺳﺖ. ﺷﺼﺖ و ﻳﻚ ﻧﺎﻣﻨﺪش ﻳﻬﻮدﻳﺎن، ﻣﻦ آن را ﻫﺸﺖ، ﻫﺸﺘﺎد، ﭼﻬﺎر‬ .‫ﺻﺪ و ﻫﺠﺪه ﻣﻲ ﻧﺎﻣﻢ‬47. But they have the half; unite by thine art so that all disappear. .‫74. وﻟﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻧﻴﻤﻪ را دارﻧﺪ؛ ﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺎل ﺗﻮ ﭼﻨﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻧﺎﭘﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ‬48. Is a God to live in a dog? No! but the highest are of us. They shall rejoice, ourchosen: who sorroweth is not of us. ‫91. آﻳﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺧﺪا را زﻧﺪﮔﻲ در ﻳﻚ ﺳﮓ رواﺳﺖ؟ ﺧﻴﺮ! وﻟﻲ واﻻﺗﺮﻳﻨﺎن از ﻣﺎﻳﻨﺪ. ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺷﺎدي ﻛﻨﻨﺪ، ﺑﺮﮔﺰﻳﺪه‬ .‫ﻣﺎ: آﻧﻜﻪ ﻏﻢ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺮد از ﻣﺎ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ‬20. Beauty and strength, leaping laughter and delicious languor, force and fire, are of us. .‫02. زﻳﺒﺎﻳﻲ و ﻗﺪرت، ﺧﻨﺪه ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺧﺎﻣﻮﺷﻲ ﻟﺬﻳﺬ، ﻧﻴﺮو و آﺗﺶ، از ﻣﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ‬21.   19. 19. ‫٨١‬ ‫12. ﻣﺎ را ﺑﺎ راﻧﺪه و ﻧﺎﺷﺎﻳﺴﺖ ﻛﺎري ﻧﻴﺴﺖ: ﺑﮕﺬار در ﻣﺤﻨﺖ ﺧﻮد ﺑﻤﻴﺮﻧﺪ. ﭼﺮاﻛﻪ اﺣﺴﺎس ﻧﻤﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﺪردي‬ ‫ﻓﺴﺎد ﭘﺎدﺷﺎﻫﺎن اﺳﺖ: ﺑﺮ رﻧﺠﻮر و ﺿﻌﻴﻒ ﺑﺮﭼﺴﺐ ﺑﺰن: اﻳﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﻗﻮي اﺳﺖ: اﻳﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﻣﺎ و ﻟﺬت ﺟﻬﺎن‬ ‫اﺳﺖ. ﻓﻜﺮ ﻧﻜﻦ، اي ﺷﺎه، ﺑﻪ آن دروغ: ﻛﻪ ﺗﻮ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻤﻴﺮي: ﻫﺮآﻳﻨﻪ ﺗﻮ ﻧﺨﻮاﻫﻲ ﻣﺮد، ﺑﻞ زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺧﻮاﻫﻲ ﻛﺮد. ﺣﺎل‬ ‫ﺑﮕﺬار داﻧﺴﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد: اﮔﺮ ﺑﺪن ﺷﺎه آب ﺷﻮد، ﺗﺎ اﺑﺪ در ﺧﻠﺴﻪ ﻧﺎب ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﺪ. ﻧﻮت! ﻫﺪﻳﺖ! را−ﻫﻮر−ﺧﻮت!‬ ‫ﺧﻮرﺷﻴﺪ، ﻗﺪرت و ﺑﻴﻨﺶ، ﻧﻮر، اﻳﻨﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﺧﺎدﻣﻴﻦ ﺳﺘﺎره و ﻣﺎر ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.‬‫‪22. I am the Snake that giveth Knowledge & Delight and bright glory, and stir the hearts‬‬‫‪of men with drunkenness. Be strong, o man! lust, enjoy all things of sense and rapture; fear not‬‬‫.‪that any god shall deny thee for this‬‬ ‫22. ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎري ﻫﺴﺘﻢ ﻛﻪ داﻧﺶ و ﺷﻌﻒ و ﺷﻜﻮه درﺧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ، و ﻗﻠﻮب ﻣﺮدﻣﺎن را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻨﺐ و‬‫ﺟﻮش در ﻣﻲ آورد. ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺶ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮاب و داروﻫﺎي ﻏﺮﻳﺐ را از ﺟﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺮﮔﻴﺮ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻴﻐﺎﻣﺒﺮم ﺧﻮاﻫﻢ ﮔﻔﺖ‬ ‫و ﺑﺪاﻧﺴﻮ ﻣﺴﺖ ﺑﺎش! اﻳﻦ ﻳﻚ دروغ اﺳﺖ، اﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﺑﺨﺮدي در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﻧﻔﺲ. اﻓﺸﺎي ﻣﻌﺼﻮﻣﻴﺖ ﻳﻚ دروغ اﺳﺖ.‬ ‫ﻗﻮي ﺑﺎش، اي ﻣﺮد! ﺷﻬﻮت، از ﻫﻤﻪ ﭼﻴﺰ ﺣﺲ و ﺟﺬﺑﻪ ﻟﺬت ﺑﺒﺮ؛ ﻧﺘﺮس ﻛﻪ ﺧﺪاﻳﻲ اﻳﻦ را ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮ اﻧﻜﺎر ﻛﻨﺪ.‬‫.‪23. I am alone: there is no God where I am‬‬ ‫32. ﻣﻦ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﻳﻢ: ﺟﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻢ ﺧﺪاﻳﻲ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ.‬‫.‪24. Behold! these be grave mysteries; for there are also of my friends who be hermits‬‬‫,‪Now think not to find them in the forest or on the mountain; but in beds of purple‬‬‫‪caressed by magnificent beasts of women with large limbs, and fire and light in their‬‬‫‪eyes, and masses of flaming hair about them; there shall ye find them. Love one another with‬‬‫‪burning hearts; on the low men trample in the fierce lust of your pride, in the day of your‬‬‫.‪wrath‬‬ ‫42. آﮔﺎه ﺑﺎش! اﻳﻨﻬﺎ رﻣﻮزي ﺧﻄﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ؛ ﭼﺮا ﻛﻪ دوﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﻦ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ زاﻫﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺣﺎل ﻓﻜﺮ ﻧﻜﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ را‬ ‫در ﺟﻨﮕﻞ ﻳﺎ روي ﻛﻮه ﭘﻴﺪا ﻛﻨﻲ؛ ﺑﻞ در ﺗﺨﺘﻬﺎي ارﻏﻮاﻧﻲ، ﻫﻢ آﻏﻮش ﺑﺎ زﻧﺎن ﺷﻜﻮﻫﻤﻨﺪ دﻳﻮ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎزوان ﺑﺰرگ، و‬‫آﺗﺶ و ﻧﻮر در ﭼﺸﻤﺎﻧﺸﺎن، و اﻧﺒﻮﻫﻲ از ﻣﻮي ﺷﻌﻠﻪ ور در اﻃﺮاﻓﺸﺎن؛ آﻧﺠﺎ ﭘﻴﺪاﻳﺸﺎن ﺧﻮاﻫﻲ ﻛﺮد. آﻧﺎن را در‬ ‫ﺣﻜﻤﺮاﻧﻲ ﺧﻮاﻫﻲ دﻳﺪ، در ارﺗﺸﺎن ﭘﻴﺮوزﻣﻨﺪ، در ﻟﺬت ﺗﻤﺎم؛ و در آﻧﺎن ﻟﺬﺗﻲ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻠﻴﻮن ﺑﺎر ﺑﻴﺶ از اﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.‬ ‫ﻣﺒﺎدا از ﻫﺮ ﻧﻴﺮوي دﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺬر ﺑﺎﺷﻲ، ﺷﺎه در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺷﺎه! ﺑﺎ ﻗﻠﻮﺑﻲ ﺳﻮزان ﺑﻪ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ ﻋﺸﻖ ورزﻳﺪ؛ ﺑﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺮدم دون ﭘﺎﻳﻤﺎل در ﺷﻬﻮت درﻧﺪه ﻏﺮور ﺷﻤﺎ، در روز ﻏﻀﺐ ﺧﻮد.‬‫.‪25. A King may choose is garment as he will: there is no certain test: but a beggar‬‬‫.‪cannot hide his poverty‬‬ ‫85. آري! ﺧﻴﺎل ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻣﻜﻨﻴﺪ؛ ﺷﻤﺎ آﻧﭽﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻴﺪ ﺧﻮاﻫﻴﺪ ﺑﻮد و ﻧﻪ دﻳﮕﺮي. ﺷﺎﻫﺎن زﻣﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ‬ ‫ﺷﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪ. ﺧﺎدﻣﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ دﻫﻨﺪ. ﭼﻴﺰي ﻧﻴﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻔﻴﺪ ﻓﺎﻳﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﻮد ﻳﺎ ﺗﺮﻗﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ: ﻫﻤﻪ‬ ‫ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ ﻫﻤﺎن اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻮد. وﻟﻲ ﻧﻘﺎب ﭘﻮﺷﺎﻧﻲ در ﺧﺎدﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ: ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮔﺪاي آﻧﺠﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺷﺎه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.‬ ‫ﻳﻚ ﺷﺎه ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ رداﻳﺶ را آﻧﺴﺎن ﻛﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻛﻨﺪ: ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻲ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد: وﻟﻲ ﻳﻚ ﮔﺪا‬ ‫ﻧﻤﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﻨﮕﺪﺳﺘﻴﺶ را ﭘﻨﻬﺎن ﻛﻨﺪ.‬‫‪59. Beware therefore! Love all, lest perchance is a King concealed! Say you so? Fool!
