There are three ways in which beverage alcohol may be lawfully sold and served along the Ragbrai route:

A Sunday sales privilege is required for selling and serving beverage alcohol on Sunday.
All servers must be at least 18 years old.

Includes Banners, Inflatables, Etc.
All Advertisements with Brand Names Must Face the Inside of the Licensed Establishment.

2nd - 30 – Day Suspension + $1,500

Summary Suspensions
Immediate Suspension
Prevent or avoid immediate danger to public’s health, safety and welfare.
Licensee has due process rights, however, no selling or serving until final disposition of the matter.
