By the Emcee Musical evening begins, along with entertainment performances as fillers. During the announcements some exclusive Consumer offers for the guest present for the event was shared.(Expedite the conversion) Post felicitation ceremony and presentation of bouquets to our companys representatives , lucky draw contest was held with assured prizes for the first 3 winners(ie: Blackberry & 2 Microwave ovens) Also we Circulated close ended questionnaire to know the interest regarding the investment size Emcee thanks the guests for being a part of a lovely evening . Events Rights & Benefits Sponsors Kiosk / stall at the venue. Mention of sponsors name in banners & Backdrop to be put up in various parts of the club for promotion of this event. Permission to organize Lucky Draw at Sponsors Kiosk at the venue & distribute Close ended Questionnaire to know their interest in the real estate / properties. Very attractive PRIZES was arranged by our company and draw was conducted during the event itself. Mention of sponsor’s company’s name in SMSES being sent to thousands of club members . Announcement was made of salient features of our company through various announcements from the stage. The attendance for this event was 600 members /guests from the club & in addition our company also invited 100 guests for this event.
