Log in to your InvestorLoft Account

From Your Desktop… Select “Search for Investment Property”

Enter Your Search Criteria Enter your customized search criteria here

To Save a Search Save and name your custom searches – name by client, property type, downpayment… The choice is yours!

To Save a Search Select “Yes” to save your search, name your search, click RUN to save and generate results. If you do NOT want to save a search, select “No” and click RUN.

View Search Results InvestorLoft highlights your specific search criteria in YELLOW to help you analyze results Click on the BLUE Property Header to view the details of a particular listing

How to Share a Property with a Client When viewing the Property Details Page, just copy THIS link and paste it in an email to your client(s)! It is automatically linked to your account using your ReferSafe  code so you can send to both existing and potential InvestorLoft members.

How Do I View My Saved Searches? From My Desktop, select MY SAVED SEARCHES

How Do I View My Saved Searches? Searches are listed by name. Choose whether or not to receive daily email alerts for each search you’ve saved. Run your saved searches directly from your Saved Searches screen. Delete searches you no longer need to track.
