Leadership Framework in WNWHG  Leadership is important & gets results  Many leadership models exist – pick one that works for you  Resilience is important  Staff are our greatest asset – really and never forget it.  My personal view - Leaders are developed, not born  Psychological Contract – an important tool  Recruit the best / spot the talent  Train them and grow them  Create Followers  Give them the tools to do the job  Keep out of their way as far as possible 14
