Brent Myers, a fellow Communications team member, contributed that idea in the intranet suggestion box to help reduce call volumes on the IT help desk, and it’s in times like these when the intranet chat comes in handy.

She clicks on his name to open a chat window
Then types in her message

Jack responds immediately and Heather breathes a sigh of relief knowing that help is on the way.
