THE best software to use as you will see from this presentation is Micro Niche Finder http://www.tinyurl.com/keywordfinder (* More about that later!) I decided to research niche marketing for a product I had identified I could sell and keyed these two words into the Micro Niche Finder search box *

It brought me through to the next page, I then clicked on Broad (to expand my keyword research) and it brought up 200 results

Micro Niche Finder throws out a lot of results, I scrolled down as the ones with most searches were too competitive The number of monthly searches on Google The exact phrase count The Strength Of Competition

The number of monthly searches on Google Preferably greater than 2000 --- In this case it was 3600 The exact phrase count Ideally less than 30,000 --- In this case it was 145,000 but I have something up my sleeve! The Strength Of Competition This is the beauty of Micro Niche Finder, it highlights strength of competition and gives you the green light opposite good keyword phrases to go after What I was looking for:

--- in this case it highlighted Internet Niche Marketing as a good phrase (This by the way is how much you would pay in a pay per click campaign for this keyword phrase)

Next I keyed the phrase into Google and looked at the results it threw up – this is the top of the page These ads are pay per click ads I am only interested in getting a high listing by natural search results -- over here

BEAR IN MIND This is page 1 of Google for a search on a keyword phrase (Internet niche marketing) that is searched 3600 times a month and the pay per click cost is very high And what I noticed was – when this was done (look back on the past two pages) Good search engine optimisation in the first two cases Ezine articles 3 and 4 (article marketing) At 5 Internetnichemarketing.net (the keyword phrase) At 6 Amazon.com has an ebook Another article at 7 and a blog at 10
