  4. 4. 1 All parts of your brain are always designed to work together, never in isolation.
  5. 5. 2 The left/right brain syndrome is not backed by scientific evidence, only experiments.
  6. 6. 3 Think of the top region of your brain as the place where you make and carry out plans, whereas the bottom portion filters the information and reacts to the outcomes.

  8. 8. 4 There are four cognitive modes - which one are you? Mover - You posses strength in both the top & bottom portion of your brain. You’re good at making & executing plans, and rarely panic when you have to pivot.
