    • Overview:
    • Table shows the number of results generated by Google on the Fibromyalgia related keywords.
    • Among the search engine result pages (SERPS) for these keywords, the main type of sites listed on its top ten results were:
    • General Information Sites
    • Health Information Sites
    • Fibromyalgia related associations
    • Both Lyrica and Cymbalta are indicated for many conditions and its sites include separate pages for each indication. Lyrica is more strongly associated with Fibromyalgia than Cymbalta (32.7% versus 20 %).

  • 3. Notes on Keywords and its Top Ten Search Results:
    • Fibromyalgia: Many PPC ads appeared. Links to quality information sites like WebMD.com, Wikipedia.org and Mayoclinic.org appeared. So did, patient forum communities like neurologychannel.com.
    • Fibromyalgia prescription: PCC ads seen were only two. Links were for health information sites that did not appear on top ten results for “Fibromyalgia” or related keywords. Sites listed on results were: healthcentral.com, immunesupport.com, drugstore.com, care2.com, and suite101.com.
    • Fibromyalgia symptoms: Many PPC ads appeared. Links to urls that mention Fibromyalgia symptoms predominately appeared on the top ten results. So did link to emedicinehealth.com.
    • FMS Treatment: No PPC ads seen. A link to a Cymbalta related article appeared on the first page of results. This was the only keyword that Cymbalta appeared.
    • Managing Fibromyalgia: First of all, no Google Pay Per Click/Contextual Ads were seen. Second, more of the links were for book related sites. Conditions that also appeared were: Arthritis and Spine Health.
    • What is Fibromyalgia : Many PPC ads appeared. Popular sites listed on results were: wikipedia.org, medicinenet.com, nih.gov, familydoctor.com . Fibromyalgia related association also appeared: National Fibromyalgia Association .
