      • Farmers used to water their farm using the water buckets
      • This required lot of man force and was time consuming
      • The pumps available were huge metal pumps which cost a lot
      • Also being metal the maintenance cost was huge and wear and tear was also involved in their usage...
      • poor and marginal farmers could not afford electricity or the expensive diesel and other fuels required to operate the metallic pumps.

      • World’s first foot operated pump made of THERMOPLASTICS

      • Mr. Naren Bhinge made the World’s first foot operated pump made of THERMOPLASTICS
      • Completely eliminating the requirement of electricity or any other fuel for its functioning!!!
      • As it is made of plastic, there is almost no cost of maintenance, as the wear and tear is zero…

    7. The Old and The New The pump was so easy to operate because of its simple pedalling motion, that even a 10 year old child could easily pump water using it!!!

Comparison of the two Traditional New Pure iron pumps - 25-28 kgs Plastic Body 12 Kgs Lubrication/ oil needs/ washers/ leakage Used for Potable water as well - and so grease getting mixed into water Self -Lubricated plastic material Shelf life therefore for traditional pumps - 2 years or so Shelf life - 4 years Suction capacity of approx 3000-3500 lph 5000 lph Sale price Rs.3600/- approx Rs. 2400/-
