More privacy aware Consumers will become more aware of the value of their personal data. The younger generations will be willing to increasingly share personal data as long as the organization is trusted and value is provided. Technologies need to add direct value, give a feeling of being in control and must be easy to use. Power shifts from the supply to the demand side.
