THE 3D PRINTING COMPANY<br />ZiggZagg wants to get the public acquainted at large with the new procedure<br />of 3D printing / manufacturing and give everyone the opportunity to use it.<br />This is applied in various branches of the industry such as ,<br />- Architecture ( architecture presentation models )<br />- Product development ( prototypes – thermoform models – injection tooling inserts )<br />- Medical industries ( intervention models )<br />Within these various branches we can use the procedure for the production of models , prototypes , 0 series and 1 series as an equivalent alternative for the testing of components , sample templates - stencils -master copies - test molds for thermoforming and the construction of medical models on which surgeons can prepare surgical interventions.<br />ZiggZagg will also provide the private market with models the clients send on personally.<br />At the clients’ requests ZiggZagg will also adjust the dispatched 3D drawings , or produce them itself in order to create a printable file.<br />

HOW WE WORK<br />We strong believethat personal contact betweentwoparties is of the utmostimportance,<br />During these talks , a number of possibilitieswillbepresentedwithregardto the choice of<br />Materials ( linkeddirectlyto the procedure ), the required finishing of the pieces , colour andso on,<br />Confidentialityanddiscretion are of paramountimportancetoZiggZagg Ltd.<br />Ifrequired , we are willingtosign a CDA ( ConfidentialDisclosure Agreement ).<br />The standard formats for 3D printing are .Stland .Vrml<br />These files represent the element as a network of small triangles.<br />The maindifferencebetween the 2 formats is thatan .Stl file represents the form of the 3D components , while a .Vrml file includescoloursandtextures.<br />
