  • 1. WELCOME
  • 2. Cloud-based SCADAsystem for the Oil & Gasindustry
  • 3. Typical architecture Thin Client Stations Online Data, Dashboards, Cloud-based History Charts, Reports, and so Online + History information forth (Microsoft SQL Server) Cloud computing: Convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of TCP/IP configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released Local HMI with minimal management effort or service provider interaction (Operation) RTUs (PLCs, Remote I/Os, etc)
  • 4. Basic ConceptsEssential Characteristics Main BenefitsOn-demand Self-service Economic BenefitsBroad Network Access Better AgilityResource Pooling Greater AccessibilityRapid Elasticity Improved ReliabilityMeasured Service Superior SecurityDeployment Models Service ModelsPrivate Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)Public Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS)Hybrid Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • 5. Database ModelsRedundant: In this mode, IWS savesdata in both Primary and SecondaryDatabases. If one of these databases is SCADAunavailable, IWS keeps saving data only (InduSoft Web Studio)in the database that is available. Whenthe database that was unavailablebecomes available again, IWSsynchronizes both databasesautomatically.Store and Forward: In this mode, IWSsaves data in the Primary Databaseonly. If the Primary Database becomesunavailable, IWS saves the data in the Primary SecondarySecondary Database. When the Primary Database DatabaseDatabase becomes available again, IWS (MS SQL Server) (MS SQL Server)moves the data from the SecondaryDatabase into the Primary Database.

  • 10. PML EDGE Analyzing the rig system locally or remotely
  • 11. PML EDGE Analyzer configuration with intuitive graphical interface
  • 12. PML EDGE Calibration and configuration of gas analysis through the cloud
  • 13. PML EDGE Local operation and remote monitoring features in real-time
  • 14. PML EDGE Integration of third-party data demonstrating well position information
  • 15. PML EDGE Integration demonstrating PML and third-party data
  • 16. PML EDGE Remote Notification and mobile access
  • 17. PML EDGE - SaaS Local Operation and Remote Analysis by PML and by the end user
  • 18.
