RECOMMENDATIONS FOR U TURN: Speed restriction signs at 1km spacings along Pantura through Demak Relocate U turn west by 15m (approx) to make a T junction with side road Make the U turn more conspicuous  Regulatory signs both sides  Warning signs 200m and 100m in advance  Pavement arrows – 3 pairs – both approaches  Edge line both sides of each carriageway  Paint kerbing for last 100m each approach
  • 19. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BRIDGE: Seal the shoulder on the last 100m approaching the bridge from the west. Make the bridge more conspicuous  Width markers both sides  Edge line both sides of each carriageway
