  • 1. The Mysterious Benedict Society andthe Perilous Journey By Trento Lee Stewart
  • 2. This Week I have carried on readingthe book the Mysterious BenedictSociety and the Perilous Journey. Itis a great story so far. What hashappened in the book since thebeginning is that all the childrenmeet and are meant to have a bigsurprise waiting for them but then Mr.Benedict goes missing and the fourkids set off to find him. It turns outthat the surprise was to do on aspecial planned mission where thechildren have to follow clues to findMr. Benedict but then he goes missingso they follow the clues. The firstclue takes them to a boat, the secondto a castle, they third to a museum, the fourth to a hotel and the fifth toa boat doc.
  • 3. In the pages I have read this week Ihave really liked the parts where theyare fighting against two Ten Men whenit turns out that one is Milligan andhe takes them to this small abandonedhouse, the part when Milligan tellsthem all that they can’t come with himwhile he goes to distract the Ten Manoutside a bout where he is guarding aprisoner and the part when they aretalking to the man who has been takingprisoner and he gats really, really, really mad at them. I have reallyliked these parts because they havekept me reading and they are veryinteresting to read.
  • 4. In the pages I have read this week theparts that I have not liked are whenthey find out that the woman at thedesk called the Ten Men when thechildren arrived because I think thateven though she was forced to do itshe still shouldn’t of done it. I alsodidn’t like the part where Milligan isin the car and he is trying to beserious but the children startlaughing because it was a life anddeath situation he was talking aboutbut they just made a joke about it!
