The document proposes setting up a government organization to increase youth employability in India. The organization would connect job seekers to multinational companies (MNCs) registered with the organization by collecting resumes and forwarding them based on qualifications. It aims to reduce unemployment by 1.5% over 2 years by streamlining the process between job seekers and companies. Challenges include limited internet access for some and addressing location and equal opportunity concerns.

2. Problem Statement
• Scope of the broad problem
Youth population holding degrees but are not getting opportunity to start their career.
Organizations are not having vacancies, but aspirants are more for every post.
Lack of good advertisements/seminars to clear out the queries for individuals.
None care if audience is understanding their schemes or not.
Less organizations are there which efficiently enhance the skills of an individual.
• Causes of the problem
Inability to create new jobs as per changing economic scenario.
Lack of proper interaction between institutes & industry.
Lack of motivation for youth to take up courses of their interest.
Absence of synchronization between skills required and available skills.
• Reasons for selecting the cause
The prosperity of a nation depends on the productivity of the workforce. Indian youth
population is 1/3rd of total population, so their employability is of prime importance to
seek tremendous national growth.
There is need to bridge the gap between skill sets possessed by individuals and skill sets
required by industries. It is very important to make the majority of youth employed,
besides meeting industry requirement.
5. Proposed Solution
Proposed innovative solution concept
The new concept of setting up an government organization which would deal with the
MNCs.
This will result into faster employment of youth, and all the work will take place under the
guidance of government.
People o do ’t ha e to ru after the o pa ies to seek jo s, they ha e to approa h at a
common place.
Purpose
Currently the government is handling this process for their own purpose and recruiting people in
government sectors only. Now if, they want to increase youth employability, they will have to take
measures for recruiting people in private sectors too, for benefiting the country.
6. Setting up of courses by collaboration of Industry,
Institute & Government

7. Implementation
The MNCs all over the world will have to register in this organization to set up their
business in India or to recruit work force.
The MNCs would have to present the requirement of workforce with specified qualification in
front this organization.
To continue this process, the organization just have to do is, to collect the resumes of people
who are seeking jobs.
This organization will forward these resumes to MNCs registered under it, by sorting them
out, on the basis of qualification required.
Now, people just have to wait for the interview call from them.
P.S. This organization would be having multiple branches all over India, including 4 head
offices in metropolitan cities.
8. Impact
Whenever this organization will become active it would reduce the unemployment rate by
1.5 %.
It would take approx. 2 years for full-fledged running of the organization in our country.
For increasing the youth employment rate and to decrease the unemployment graph we
would have to sustain this idea for minimum 10 years.
9. Challenges and mitigation factors
Major populatio of I dia ai ’t a le to afford i ter et fa ility. They a ’t rely o others for
jobs, that is why government is taking initiative to guide them in right path.
Government have to start the venture in one of their vacant buildings of their own, to
prevent the extra funds.
The location of the organization must be in corporate area, or in Special Economic Zone,
instead of an Industrial area.
Candidates would be employed in accordance to their skills and qualification and not on the
basis of their caste.
