Marketing challenge “ Evaluating the C1000 Xmas campaign in the widest sense possible (i.e. both theme and execution in the shop as assortment availability and timing). Apart from C1000 we would also like to gain insights as to how competitors are evaluated on this and how well supermarkets manage to meet the needs / wishes / expectations. How did InSites Consulting contribute as ‘change agent’? “ InSites Consulting has helped us in a very good, professional and inspiring way to gain insights on how to act as C1000 around Xmas time and how to further improve this. A community helps to allow many colleagues to (easily) look in (from their desk) into the consumer’s opinions. There was a lot of internal talking about it and it is already being used for brainstorms about Easter and Xmas 2011. The workshop has helped to have everyone think actively about how to get it (even) better.
