Screenings by Age - 30sGeneral Health• Full checkup – Including height and weight• Thyroid (TSH) test – Discuss with your healthcare provider or nurse• HIV screening – Get this test if you are at risk for HIV infectionHeart Health• Blood pressure test – At least every two years• Cholesterol panel – Total, LDL, HDL and triglycerides – if at increased riskDiabetes• Blood glucose or A1c testBreast Health• Breast self-exam – Monthly• Clinical breast exam – YearlyReproductive Health• Pap test – At least every three years or at the discretion of your healthcare provider• Pelvic exam – Yearly• Sexually-transmitted infection (STI) tests – Both partners should get tested for STIs, including HIV, before initiating sexual intercourse; only if at riskSkin Health• Skin exam – Monthly self-exam of skin and moles and as part of a routine full checkup with your healthcare providerOral Health• Dental cleaning and exam – Every 6 monthsImmunizations• Seasonal influenza vaccine – Yearly• Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster vaccine – Every 10 years
