In4merz Weekly News and gossip! Alex Roots Alex Roots performed on the 26th and the 27th of June with the Sugababes. She said she had a brilliant weekend, spent a lovely day in the sun and got to meet DJ Ironik. The show on the 27th was performed in Cannock Chase, in the middle of a forest, and she performed to 4000-5000 people. She will be performing with the Sugababes again in Thetford Forest on the 11th July. On the 14th July she will perform in Shoreditch, London at Curious Generation at Underbelly. She is going to be headlining a show on the 11th of August at the Barfly in Camden. .SugababesThe Sugababes headlined the first Stars Under The Stars event on the 26th and 27th of June at the St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury, and the shows came close to pop perfection. Keisha Buchanan, Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah have just returned to the UK after recording their seventh album in Los Angeles. They went to visit Producer Redone – who has worked with other acts such as Lady GaGa and Pixie Lott. Rather than performing their new material, they performed their most well-known energetic songs such as Red Dress, Hole in the head and Push the button. They also performed a song called Beware, a trick from their last album, and a great cover of En Vogue’s Don’t Let Go. Mz BrattMz Bratt is going to be performing on the 3rd of July in Coventry with N-Dubz. Her debut single ‘Who do you think you are?’ is going to be released through a major label ‘All around the World’ who have seen great success with N-Dubz. Mz Bratt’s single has been played many times on BBC’s 1xtra and Radio 1 by DJ’s Tim Westwood and Pete Tong. Last week she had an interview and performed on the 5:19 show and Big Brother. Last weekend she attended a garden party with the likes of Sean Paul and DJ Ironik. Apparently Mz Bratt and DJ Ironik were not fond of Sean Paul’s barbeque cooking. Her single will be released on the 13th July. Her album is scheduled to be released in January in 2010.

Replies on The Saturdays Tour twitter site shows that Mini Viva were extremely popular: “Mini Viva were also seen going to sit down in (the) balcony to watch (the) concert. Everyone screamed like mad for chanting "Mini! Viva!" “Leicester LOVED Mini Viva. Went mad for them including doing their "Mini! Mini Viva Review!!Mini Viva – “Left My Heart In Tokyo”With a mix of pop, dance and electro this track is perfect for summer! The chorus is very catchy and the whole song is a great track to dance to. The two girls that make Mini Viva are from North West England, currently living in a flat in Manchester but have been very much influenced by the Tokyo lifestyle on this single, from the lyrics to its poppy beat. Many remixes of the tracks have been produced which also enhance how great the original track is. These include the Fred Falke mix and also a Treasure Fingers mix which has been uploaded on their MySpace page and recently been a huge hit!
