Mission Weekly As you know, Mission Weekly was introduced recently and we are delighted at the magnificent response from in4merz. If you are still unsure about what Mission Weekly is all about and what you get from doing the daily missions. Here’s some simple information to help you get on your way.In all the acts pages there is a small section on the left side of each acts page which has daily tasks for you to complete everyday. A Day In A Life Working For In4merzAs soon as I introduced myself everyone “jumped” to give me tasks and explain what I had to do. I loved the fact that even though I was younger than them I was still treated as an adult. I got to work on the in4merz magazine for my first week and in case you are wondering the magazine helped me develop a lot of skills such as paying attention to the overall aspect of the work. The funny side of my experience was on my first day. I offered to make coffees because I knew that this counts a lot when you are in a stressful environment. However I feel sorry for whoever drank it as I mixed up the mugs so whoever asked for coffee no sugar definitely got coffee 2 sugars. The second week was even better as I got to write reviews on movies and music videos. But, the best days of my experience were the last two. There are a lot of reasons why. The most important is the fact that I wasn’t new anymore. I enjoyed every minute of my experience as an in4mer and I suggest that if you want to do PR in the future you should start now. I did and I will never regret it. The skill that I improved the most on, during my 2 weeks work experience is group work. I also realised that PR is so much more then talking to artists and you would not realise until you actually experienced it. Thank you In4merz .. You ROCK My name is Bianca. I am 14 years old and I’m studying at East Barnet School. I first heard about in4merz when 2 members of the In4merz team Davidson and Nida came to my school. I fell in love with PR the moment they start talking about it because of the dedication shown on their faces. They explained the aspects that they are covering and what we should do if we want to become a PR agent. Back then I knew that this is what I wanted to do in the future so I remembered that Davidson said as soon as you start your career in PR the better. I knew that I had to do something about my dream so I decided to see if I could do work experience during my summer holiday. I received the response immediately saying that I was most welcome to come and do work experience for them.I was very excited to start but somehow anxious. I was afraid that I was too young for work experience and that they would be too busy to help me understand what PR really is. All my worries “went away” as soon as I entered the in4merz office. I was impressed that they helped each- other so much and the very interesting thing was that the atmosphere in the office was relaxed but still serious.

In4merz Meeting Esmee Denters For those of you that don't know, Esmee Denters was found after posting videos of her singing on Youtube by Justin Timberlake, and soon enough she was signed to his record label. Just a few days before Esmee's debut single 'Outta Here' was released I was lucky enough to meet her, not once but 3 times. I first met her Thursday afternoon in My Old Dutch Pancake House when she tweeted she was there. She invited us in to hang out and we ended up being interviewed for Capital FM. I then had won a meet and greet with her with in4merz, and we got to ask her a few questions and get things signed. I was also fortunate enough to win the chance to interview her for bebo on the Friday, which was fun, but also scary. Esmee is such a lovely person, and really down to earth, as well as an amazing singer, and I am pleased i got to meet her. Sophie In4merzOn August 13th, I got the amazing opportunity to interview EsmeeDenters! I won a competition by making video with my friend, miming to Outta Here and was so so happy to get to go and meet Esmee! When we arrived, she was really kind and introduced herself to all of us, shaking each of our hands, before leading us into a really hi-tech recording studio! She sings about a boy who cannot see that she is perfect for him, "She'll never know your story like I do". Swift highlights the differences between herself, and the popular girls that her crush is dating; "She wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts". The bridge of the song is a passionate outburst from Taylor as she cries out; "I know your favourite songs and you tell me 'bout your dreams. The song is one many fans can relate to - feeling like always being the 'best friend' and not the girlfriend, feeling unpopular compared to other girls. Review of Alex Roots gig @ BarflyRecently, a few friends and I went to an Alex Roots gig at the barfly in Camden. We were all really excited as it was the first time we would be seeing Alex live and had watched all her youtube videos before so was definitely really looking forward to the night ahead. After her support everyone in the crowd started getting eager for Alex to start. She started off with a really high energy song called ‘Control’ which I hadn’t heard before but it definitely got the crowd going! All my friends and I managed to get right to the front so we had a great view of everything that was going on stage. She did a really great combination of songs with some more mellow ones followed by really upbeat tunes that got everyone dancing. My favourite part of the gig was definitely the end. When she started singing ‘Don’t stop looking’ I was so happy as I knew all the words and so did the rest of the crowd giving which made it so much fun. ‘Don’t stop looking’ was followed by her first single ‘Fake’. This was the last song of the night and Alex walked off stage. Straight after she walked off stage the crowd began to chant ‘Alex AlexAlex’ (started by us). She appeared back on stage to sing my favourite ­­­song of the night – a cover of the Jason Mraz song ‘I’m yours’. She did a great cover and definitely did the song justice. She did an encore then of her favourite song to perform called ‘Adrenaline Rush.’ It was an amazing night and I’d definitely go to more of her concerts in the future. Amelia In4merz

Boys and Girls Video Review Well Pixie’s back with her amazing new single “Boys and Girls” and she’s got an amazing new video to go with it. If you love “Mama Do” I’m sure you will love this one just as much. Pixie’s got some great costume changes in the video and the different sections to the video are really good. I love the bit when she is sat I the little car and when they have the Pixie masks. The video suits the song really well and it suits the lyrics within the song its self. Pixie looks stunning in the video and looks pretty as always, she’s been presented well in the video and the outfits she wears suits the video. Bandslam Film ReviewOn 17th august 2009, I went to see Bandslam. At first the film took a while to start with all the adverts for other films. The film finally started at it was great from that moment until the very end. The film was full of laughter, sadness and joy. The story was about a boy called Will who knows everything and anything to do with music, who moves to a new school were the main event is Bandslam. At his new school he meets Sa5m (the 5 is silent) who he falls for, and also Charlotte (an ex head cheerleader, prom queen). Will is soon asked to manage Charlottes band for the Bandslam competition. With a range of songs from up beat songs sung by honor society, to slow sad songs sung by AlyMichalka.My favorite part of the film was the final Bandslam as it had a range of different music genres and also it carried a range of different emotions for the audience watching. I highly recommend watching this film if you are fans of films such as High School Musical or Camp Rock. The film contains a song at the very end by a new up-coming band by honor society and this band is one to watch out for the future as they are going to go far.I give this film 5/5 as it was and excellent film and I can’t wait for it to come on DVD. Its my favourite song at the moment, The Jonas brothers, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus & Selena Gomez all contributed to the song for disney channels friends for change project which is dedicated to helping us learn how to protect our environment! The song starts off with Miley Cyrus & Nick Jonas singing one verse & the main in the first chorus, for the 2nd verse & chorus Demi Lovato & Joe Jonas take lead then at the end Selena Gomez & Kevin Jonas have a slightly smaller part but still as amazing, Ithink Disney done extremely well with the pairings, they all compliment each others voices. “Fly With Me” ReviewThe single starts as any JB song would (piano cover and the voice of one of the brothers). Nothing more special then the other songs they have sung. The big change is when all the voices come together in a synchronised combination of notes which make up the rest of the song.Fly with me is a fantastic song which makes you want to listen to it again and again. To be fair I could not stop moving my feet under the table while I was listening to it. What I love the most is that we could hear Nick’s voice a lot more then usual making the song even more special. Referring to the video I think that it fits with the song perfectly!
