• We will be covering the project management concepts and the
best practices
• The session will be structured using NLP as the backbone.
• This means, NLP may not be always openly used. Hence the
participants may not be able to distinguish where the NLP is being
used, unless requested.
• Since this is a Project Management session using NLP and not a NLP
session for PM’s, the more intent will be given Project
Management keeping NLP as backdrop.
• There are places where NLP will be used explicitly.

use of Project management
• The session will cover guidelines along for best practices.
• The session will be conducted by high valued premium trainers who has
rich experience in the real time and has certification in the respective
