Using Your Testimony - Presentation Transcript

    1. Your testimony is like browsing a photo album showing the highlights of your walk with God. You’d focus on the most relevant bits depending on who you are talking to at the time.
    2. Any story featuring ‘The King of Kings’ is EXTRAORDINARY, so don’t be put off thinking your testimony isn’t special enough – it is!
    3. Try keeping a journal, blog or scrapbook, it’s a great way of keeping a record of what God has been doing in your life.
    4. It helps to roughly divide your testimony into 3 chunks Beginning + Middle + End
    5. Paul’s story is a great example – note how he uses the language and images his listeners will be able to understand .
    6. Do do the do’s !!
    7. Give the don’ts a wide berth
    8. Keep adding “snapshots” throughout your life & keep the BIG picture in mind  ENJOY telling your story 
