  • 7. MIREIA - Initial survey data Surveyed 53 organizations in 27 countries- 33% belong to 10-50 orgs’ networks - 58% are formal members of- 29% are not part of any network Telecentre Europe
  • 8. Top 10 Target Groups served: - Unemployed people - Senior citizens - Young adults - Women - Low-income people - People w/physical disabilities - Ethnic minorities - Underemployed people - Migrants
  • 9. Main Services available: - E-Skills training (92%) - E-government services (60%) - Employment services (60%) - Online learning (54%) - Vocational training (50%)
  • 10. Data collection- 91% collects different user data- Demographics and number of users attending courses the most common- 70% with staff dedicated to data collection
