3. Environment
The people of the teashop live in a very idle place. Nothing much happens there.
There are plenty of natural beauty. They all love living there. There are lots of
place for kids to play and often some cars or trishaws pass by. Mostly what they
have are natural resources. Trees, plants, and rich soil are some of the natural
resources they have. The people of the teashop live in a place of greenery!
These people use some plants for
cooking some of the meals. They eat lots and
Lots of plants which they get from their
Surrounding.
4. Daily Routine
The people of the teashop are not much different from us in their daily
routine. They get up, bathe ( everyone has to share one bathroom), the
women start cooking, then they all eat their daily breakfast (rice and
vegetables or on occasion meat). At last they all get ready for their daily
jobs, trishaw, taking care of the teashop or cleaning.
The men mostly drive the trishaws,
Women who rides the trishaws are rare.
The people of the teashop usually ride the
trishaws because they cannot afford cars.
5. Medical Health
When someone is sick or in a medical condition, what do these people
do? Well they drive that person in either trishaws or taxis. When they’re
inside a nearby clinic, they pay 2,000kyts for the treatment. Once they
are better they come back to the teashop and rest for a few days then
get back to work.
The people rent the trishaws. Then
They give rides to people and make
money.
6. Cyclone Destruction
During the dreaded cyclone these peoples’ trees fell and blocked the
roads. Their houses were not destroyed but the roof’s were damaged.
They had to clear the roads. So everyone in the neighborhood helped.
Then after the roads were done they had to clean the flood up.
Mostly the men helped clean the big
trees. The women helped clean the
flood.
7. Supplies
The people work hard every day to earn their living. They all get their
supplies from the city. They all pitch in to get the supplies. Of course it is
not easy considering the fact that everything is expensive and not that
cheap as before.
They have to work harder each year to
Get the supplies. The prices increase
Every year.
8. Teashop
The teashop has been in the neighborhood for a long time. They sell meals
and most of all herbal tea. The place is made from mostly wood. There are
three teashops in all. It is a happy and cheerful place with friendly people.
The seats in the teashop
is made of tree stumps.
They are very close to the
ground.
The people of the teashop
sell bananas too. They sell
them in bamboo baskets.
