  • A181_e2D / 3D Laser ScannerscanCONTROLProfile measurement of compressor blades under high temperature conditionsThe thermal geometric change under operating condi-tions needs to be measured on a new type of compositematerial for gas power plants.The compressor blade is heated up to 400°C. The struc-ture of the material has been selected so that the cur-vature produces the required shape of the blade. Thecompressor blade is also located in a holder. In this way,the blade is thermally and flow stressed. The scanCON-TROL2700-100 is positioned outside of this atmosphereand is aimed through a glass pane onto the blade, whilethe curvature is observed.
