Job description
- Assist in the design and preparation of training materials to achieve maximum learning impact. Assist in the
implementation of the training plans and the scheduling of training sessions.
- Database management and reporting – managing the training hours of staff, producing regular reports for
management on training needs.
- Liaise with various senior stakeholders within and without the firm to arrange key learning sessions for all staff
across all divisions.
- Provide critical administrative support to ensure that training schedules are adhered to and that proper records
are maintained to satisfy the requisite regulatory requirements.
- Manage tasks and projects as assigned by APAC Head of Legal & Compliance Training from time to time.
- Event management – organization of training sessions, including booking rooms, catering, managing attendance
and materials.

international financial firm across all divisions and functions. Critical overview of the complex and challenging legal and
compliance issues in the financial sector. Gain exposure to senior management of the firm and industry.
