Nach Vorgabe der Bundesnetzagentur müssen die Netzbetreiber eine zählpunktscharfe Mehr-/Mindermengenabrechnung zum 1. April 2016 implementieren.Um zu diesem Stichtag, monatlich zählpunkt- und tagesscharfe Allokationsdaten auf Anfrage eines Lieferanten bereitstellen zu können, müssen Netzbetreiber ihre IT-Systeme für die zählpunkt- und tagesscharfen Allokationsdaten vorbereiten.
