UNDERSTANDING AN INDIVIDUAL’S PERSONAL VALUES INDICATES WHAT MOTIVATES THEM IN LIFE, BE IT FAMILY, FUN, EXPERIENCE, CAREER PROGRESSION OR EVEN MONEY, TO NAME A FEW.
