Evidence for the policy makers<br />Govt needs to develop a training strategy at all levels<br />Promoting institutional deliveries should be accompanied by quality care at the facilities<br />Output monitoring – Process and quality rather than target<br />Managerial competence required – Financial, use of HMIS for informed decision making. Poor capacity to manage funds – need for capacity building<br />
