Applications, service descriptions, and evaluations are made available in various formats for various groups of people. Reasonable accommodation is anticipated before anyone applies or is hired/assigned to the organization.

  6. 6. Great Job!Anticipating the potential needs of individuals with disabilities is a great way to think about inclusion. This assures that your organization will have inclusion in mind when thinking about activities and potential members. It will also help potential members feel welcome when they don’t have to wait for a reasonable accommodation.
