Standards Accountabilities Develop IIBA Standards Maintain the BABOK Guide Plan extensions, best practice guide Collaborate with other associations to align standards development Publish and distribute standards Conduct research into new methods, areas of interest Co-ordinate updates and changes with Certification 4 © International Institute of Business Analysis™
EEP Program Accountabilities Improve quality of business analysis education provided by third parties Assess providers and courses against defined quality criteria Help EEPs improve courses that fail to meet our criteria Assess EEP courses against standards developed by Certification to pre-qualify them for PD hours Ensure EEPs comply with the EEP Code of Conduct Resolve complaints brought against EEPs 5 © International Institute of Business Analysis™
