Copyright@IGurruchaga ENGLISH SERVICE  Common in weddings and big events.  Food is brought on platters in portions and are served by the waiter  In the formal English style, food is shown to the host for approval.  Spoon & fork are used by the waiter as a tong to serve the food.  The informal term refering to it in Spain is “Estilo paella”

Copyright@IGurruchaga AMERICAN SERVICE  The American service is a pre-plated service  The food is served into the guest's plate in the kitchen, and it is brought to the guest.  This type of service is commonly used in a coffee shop where service is required to be fast.  ESSENTIAL if we have a famous CHEF
