Lender Services - DFS is a fully functional, remote F&I Department connected to your Dealership.   • HOW IT WORKS
    • The sales person builds a relationship and assists the customer in making a decision to purchase, the sales person simply provides the unit information to the CSP by placing the buyers order and drivers license on to the scanner located at the DFS station. The CSP takes it from there.
    • The sales person seats the customer at the DFS station where they pick up the phone and are automatically connected to the Customer Service Professional (CSP). DFS takes it from there! The sales person is allowed to return to the floor to establish new relationships with other customers.
    • The CSP completes and verifies the application on-line as the customer views this process taking place on the DFS monitor in real time. All transactions are digitally recorded, eliminating dealer stress associated with compliance to F&I industry standards and regulations!
    • After the video is completed, the Finance Specialist returns to the phone to present the terms to the customer. When the customer agrees with the terms offered by the finance company, the FSP then proceeds with the time-tested F&I menu sell, proven to increase F&I sales.
    • Next, the customer views a brief, entertaining video presentation designed to keep them excited and reinforce their decision to buy. During this time, the extensively trained Finance Specialist, at the DFS center, is working diligently with the finance companies to ensure the customer gets the best possible terms.
    • The customer verifies the selections he or she wants and approves the terms of the deal. They then instruct the sales person to return to the DFS station where the transaction is minutes from being completed
    • The DFS’ Document Specialist, with the assistance of the salesperson, prints the appropriate forms and instructs where to place the necessary signatures from the customer .
    • THAT’S IT! If you want more, You can elect to ship your paper work overnight to DFS where the package is proofed and sent to the finance company for funding. No more time is spent in the back office proofing documents. DFS CAN DO IT ALL!
