  • Ssiger : Targeting a Green 2-Star rating. 59-story multi-family residential and hotel tower. Vertical openings in the tower’s form relieve the structural burdens of high wind forces while opening up the interiors to natural light and views. Vertical fins protect the building skin from the sun. Tianjin High Speed Rail Station : Train’s terminal station will be located in the new mixed-use Tanggu District of Tianjin City, east of Beijing, to serve over 6,000 passengers during peak hours. Pearl River : The 309-meter 2.3-million square-foot tower includes many sustainable measure, it’s sculpted body directs wind to a pair of openings with wind turbines which generate energy for the building, solar panels, double skin curtain wall, chilled ceiling system, under floor ventilation air, and daylight harvesting, all of which contribute to the building’s energy efficiency.
  • Ningbo Bank of China : A 200-meter tower in the financial center of the Ningbo Eastern New City. The tower rotates as it rises and the twisting shape opens up prominent views. Nanchang Greenland : Two 300-meter-tall 110,000 sqmtr towers and mixed-use complex in Nanchang. Includes solar evacuated tubes which provide up to 100% of the potable hot water demand for the building. Takshing House : The proposed office tower and lower level retail space is lifted 90 meters out of the dense mass of existing buildings, allowing southern sunlight to reach ground level. Above 90 meters, office floors are cantilevered from the building core, like branches. Enclosed by a double-glazed skin with internal ventilation and horizontal sunshades.
