4. FLASHCARD
- A flashcard is a set of cards bearing
information, as words or numbers, on either
or both sides, used in classroom drills or in
private study.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- Flashcards helped me in my pre-school and
elementary days where in our teacher use it
classroom drills and I get to learn the different
colors, numbers, shapes, objects, animals, the
alphabet etc.

7. CHARTS
- A chart is a diagram, picture or graph which
is intended to make information easier to
understand.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- Charts helped me in memorizing the Lupang
Hinirang, Panatang Makabayan and
Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, I look
at the chart read the lines then memorize it.
It also helped me learning the different colors,
numbers, shapes, objects, animals, the
alphabet etc.

10. BOOKS
- A book is a number of pieces of paper,
usually with words printed on them, which
are fastened together and fixed inside a cover
of stronger paper or cardboard. Books
contain information, stories, or poetry.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- Books helped me in learning the different
subjects matters by reading and
understanding all the information inside the
book, I also get to know some stories and
poems.

13. CHALKBOARD
- A chalkboard is a dark-colored board that you
can write on with a chalk, it is often used in
the classroom.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- The chalkboard helped me in getting all the
important information that we should know
about a lesson or a topic, the teacher writes
the important info on the chalkboard.

16. MAGAZINE
- A magazine is a publication with a paper cover
which is issued regularly, usually every week or
every month and which contains articles, stories,
photographs, and advertisements.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- I get to know the news about showbiz, showbiz
personalities, beauty tips, fashion, new
advertisements and information by reading
some articles and looking at the pictures inside
the magazine. These are the Magazine that I
read: Candy Mag, YES, StarStudio, National
Geographic, Total Girl and K-Zone.

19. COMPUTER AND INTERNET
- A computer is an electronic machine that can store
and deal with large amounts of information.
- The internet is the computer network which allows
computer users to connect with computers all over the
world
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- The computer and the internet helped me in my high
school days until now that I’m in college. By using the
combination of these two I can able to research when
I have an assignment by searching it in the internet, I
can able to connect with friends and family, I can also
get to know the news, the trending topics, watch
videos and listen to music.

22. MOBILE PHONE
- A mobile phone is a type of telephone which
does not need wires to connect it to a telephone
system.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- The mobile phone is one the things that is
important to me, because it really do help me.
When I have a home work or I need to know the
meaning of a word instead of using computer and
dictionary I use my mobile phone, I search on the
internet and I use the dictionary in my mobile
phone. I can also connect with friends and family
and I also use my phone in reading stories.

25. TELEVISION
- Television or TV for short is a telecommunication
medium for transmitting and receiving moving
images that can be monochrome (black and
white) or colored, with or without accompanying
sound.
HOW DID IT HELP ME?
- Television helped me in my childhood in giving
additional learning from different subject
matter like Epol Apple that teaches English
Grammar, MathTinik that teaches Math,
Sineskwela that teaches Science,
Hirayamanawari that teaches Values and Art
Attack that teaches Art.

26. Now that I am 17 years old the television still
helps me, like watching the news that helps me
to know about the everyday situation in the
Philippines and all over the world, I also get to
know the news about politics, society, showbiz
and music. By the help of the television I get
some additional learning and information by
watching shows like Matang Lawin, Aha, Rated
K, Kapuso mo Jessica Soho, Documentaries, How
its Made and How do they do it? One of my
favorite show is the Brain Games of the National
Geographic Channel, they get to show different
topics about our brains, and they give some
games that is really cool and amazing. I must
that the television has a great impact on my
learning.
