    Great Power Point presentation! I’m guessing that you guys rarely have low engines... Do both of you use the lavender bottle, egg and deep pressure to keep your engines just right? Also, would you mind if I use your presentation as an example for the district’s learning support teachers?

  1. By: Sam and Brayden How to calm down or get rid of energy without disrupting everyone around you.
    • Alert is the program we have been learning about in school. You can have a High Engine, a Low Engine or a Just Right Engine. Engine is the word we use to refer to our bodies and minds. Here are some ideas on how to lower or raise your engine!
  2. When you are sleepy you have a low engine.
  3. How to get a just right engine from a low engine!
    • Try pressing both hands down on your head!
  4. Deep Pressure
    • Press down on a desk or squeeze your hands together.
  5. High Engine
    • When you are hyper you have a high engine
  6. High Engine
    • When you are stressed you have a high engine
  7. How to lower your engine
    • Bring you knees to your chest in an egg shape
  8. Smell
    • Sometimes smell can clam you down like Lavender
  9. Just Right Engine
