  5. 5. Because people cooperate . Because people collaborate . Because people communicate .
  6. 6. And because…
  7. 7. People share what they know.
  8. 8. The idea of giving free software on the internet .
  9. 9. may seem ridiculous . may seem stupid . may seem crazy .
  10. 10. But That are worth remembering .
  11. 11. May be sold or free ly given away .
  12. 12. Especially that co-developers  who are the users .
  13. 13. With open source, you are ??
  14. 14. not afraid of bringing it around not afraid of using it not afraid of empowering it
  15. 15. because YOU can bring it because YOU can use it
  16. 16. because YOU can empower it.
  17. 17. Without open source ??
  18. 18. Is a world without freedom.
  19. 19. There would be no OpenOffice.org no Java no Blender, GIMP, and  
  20. 20. no Linux. An operating system that, today, comes with many different flavors because of user support.

  22. 22. Is There Program or Project "Closed Source" makes leap in  technology
  23. 23. Maybe there is ..... but not too much  
  24. 24. ok .... what about programs " Open Source "  
  25. 25. Linux operating system
  26. 26. Places use Linux
  27. 27. Android operating system for smart phones
  28. 28. Apache web server
  29. 30. Ok but what is open data  
  30. 31. Simply open data is containing open source  
  31. 32. Open source only covers the software   Data often lasts longer than software   Data is more valuable when accessible   Any code will be acceptable, any data won’t
  32. 33. so open data is : “A piece of content or data is open if anyone is free to use, reuse, and redistribute it — subject only, at most, to the requirement to attribute and share-alike.” .
  33. 34.     Sponsors may not get full value of research unless the results are made freely available.   The rate of discovery often accelerates with better access to data.   Data access is often required for the operation of communal human activities Why should we create open data?
  34. 35. This presentation would have been really boring without the fully and partially open data available from Wikipedia, Flickr and the open data projects online!
