Technodigm offers dispensing valves from simple manual pinch tube designs to precision rotary auger valves. Our comprehensive range ensures excellent accuracy over a range of material viscosities and shot sizes.
Technodigm dispensing valves provide ON-OFF functions, and metering in the proper ratio of A and B components is controlled by the metering pumps. Different manifolds are offered to assist this metering process. The selection of the manifold for each application depends on the flow rate, viscosity, and volume ratio.

  • 3. Positive Displacement Valve PDV 100 can be used as a positive displacement valve for dotting processes. It is designed such that with an appropriate combination of fluid pressure and fast closing time, a consistence amount of material can be achieved repeatedly. However if line dispensing is what is needed, this valve can also be used. Wetted chamber are of stainless steel with Teflon seals.
