civers01This was really helpful, except I also had no audio...One question, since I couldn't hear the presentation: When you say, 'Post more than you are right now' - could you be any more specific? Or can someone shed a little more light on this issue for me? Thanks - great slides overall!1 year ago
Michael Cooley, President & CEO at Exucom Systems, Inc.Is there any audio with this slide deck? I've come at this a number of different ways and all I end up with is a slide deck. Is everyone else getting an audio track when they review the presentation?1 year ago

David Rosen, Director, Corporate Practice at Burson-MarstellerDan, this is a genuine and awesome public service you’re providing. Not just the great insights, but showing people how proper methodology can be applied to answer important questions. You have my thanks and respect. Some quick questions:
1. Who was surveyed? General public or business people? 3. Slides 14-17: Could your research tell what people found useful via search to make their purchase decision? For example, what if what they’re finding via search are Yelp reviews, Wikipedia pages, or other user-generated content that’s inherently social but came up via Google. 2. Slide 57: A question about linking and ranking...this chart shows that conversation won’t be a driver for link generation, but that’s not to say that Google won’t look at comments as an indicator of value, and so improve rank. Correct?
