Hoop Boom is a corporation designed to build and market software products to the public with the intention to collect unique user information and personal data as a marketable value with additional areas of revenue through escalated subscription benefits and partnership agreements.

The company intentions are to be a most trusted, reliable and scalable provider of social mobile location-based services to a global community and user base. Instantly addictive, this fun, hip person-to-person referral program is built on our unique social hierarchy database algorithm. “Tell enough people to change the world, unite for a cause, or have a party, and you will become the top promoter or maybe even start a revolution” SODEAD = our social entertainment and real-time fantasy gaming platform derived from the same social hierarchy database algorithm as BE@. Teams are formed and play out geographically challenging games that can span a town, a state, or the whole world. Linked to existing or customized rules of engagement, each team strives to conquer or convert as many people or places as they can.“Create a zombie outbreak, save Middle-Earth, or turn the world into gay vampires—it’s your choice and the only way to win is to build an army of players.” 7
    •  MYLO is a free mobile application / web- based software. It includes a suite of tiered features and services that allow any individual the constant confidence of a situation (panic) alarm, with the added benefit of a real-time, pro-active, location, rules-based, monitoring for any and all family members, including pets.  MYLO has multiple tools for assisting local authorities and first responders through the provision of personal information, electronic medical records, historic travel events and real-time tracking of injured, missing, or possibly exploited persons. Additional uses include a variety of personnel-based military and commercial applications.Automated Threat Recognition 8
    •  SoPRO is our social promotion feature built upon the MYLO software solution. The product suite uses a hierarchical referral-based algorithm to build a network of contacts associated with a promoter, his/her extended network of co-promoters, and a particular event, cause, action, venue, product, etc. The event/product/cause “owner” (or promoter) logs the item and loads the first tier of networking reps assigned to the task, each rep then receives a specified number of points for each person they refer through any web-based system, a point-to- point mobile app reader, or traditional email. The rep builds points and achieves a higher significant social status when his/her contacts refer others to the event/product/cause, thus creating a potentially exponential growth in the number of linked-in users (each of which adds to the original promoter/owner’s own social status and that his/her tiered network associates). The credits can be exchanged for products and services at the discretion of the event/product owner. 9
    •  SODEAD is our social entertainment, real-time fantasy gaming platform derived from our IM@ platform and hierarchical database algorithm. Each “team” will develop an identity (e.g., zombies, vampires, elves, etc.) with the aim to rule their neighborhood, town, city, state, country, or the whole world. Beginning with a single “Master,” teams will develop unique avatars and customize the WE@ features based on a suite of personality traits, geographic factors, social orientations, etc. (all stored in our database). Using a similar tiered system of networking (based on a master-servant relationship), players can choose to become a zombie, vampire, werewolf, orc, or other creature and start a local or even global movement by expanding their coven, tribe, or band. This can be done through a number of ways, from “biting,” “infecting,” or otherwise “turning” others (a mobile-to-mobile “contagion”-based system with a hierarchical framework) or conquering new geographies (restaurants, bars, parks, malls, etc.) through a GPS-based mapping and check-in system. Tapping into well-established rules of engagement that have bound generations of gamers from role-playing classics like Dungeons & Dragons to the massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs) of today, SODEAD returns gaming to the “real world” by making it social, spatial, and experiential, while keep it fun. Can you survive, expand your cadre, cross the oceans, and spread the infection? Only time will tell. 10
