The company has an address in Central

under the company name.
Company secretary position is held by
Accoplus Corporate Services.
This Hong Kong company is founded by an
offshore company, usually a Seychelles
company, which will be the shareholder of
the Hong Kong company.
The company will open a bank account in
Hong Kong and could have as director an
individual of any nationality and country
of residence with the understanding that
both the director and the beneficial owner
of the company should be present in Hong
Kong for the bank opening.
The Seychelles company, with no public
