MUSIC LINK HARNESS 5426101B INSTALLATION Customer Information: The information in this DASHBOARD installation instruction is intended for use only by LOWER COVER skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add CLIPS (8) equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers.” 5202121T 1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons. 2.   • 9. 35. Connect the vehicle connectors and bus cable 14-pin connector (or bus cable 2 port 14-pin connector) to the center panel and audio unit, and reinstall the center panel. Check that all wire harnesses are routed properly and all connectors are plugged in. 37. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery. 38. Enter the customer’s radio anti-theft code, and reset the radio station presets, and the clock. 39. Reinstall all removed parts. 40. Turn the audio unit ON. Check that "No Disc" is shown on the display while in the CD changer mode (the Music Link should be recognized as CD changer 4). NOTE: Whenever the battery is disconnected, the driver’s AUTO function is disabled. 41. Start the engine. Push down on the driver’s window switch until the window is fully open. 42. Pull up on the driver’s window switch fully to close the window completely, then hold the switch for 2 seconds or more. 43.
