• Apply between January 4 - February 5, 2013.
• If applications exceed available capacity, an independent
third-party will select projects by random drawing.
• If capacity is not reached, applications will continue to be
accepted beyond 02/05/2013 (first-come, first-served.)

required documents.
• Pay for all applicable fees and deposits.
• Be accepted by GRU and assigned capacity in the
upcoming year.
• Receive GRU Engineering approval of the project
plan in a timely manner.
• Submit proof of insurance documents.
• Sign and execute the SEPA.
• Meet payment obligations for any GRU electrical
distribution system upgrades that may be required
to accommodate the PV system.

• Satisfy all applicable permitting, building
code, planning and land use requirements.
• Pass GRU system review and be
interconnected to the distribution system.
• Complete the project by the completion date
specified in the SEPA.
• Provide documentation of final system cost and
capacity to GRU.
