Inaugural eventThe first annual Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care was a rousing success. Celebrities, models, cancer care survivors and even some of BMC’s Cancer Care healthcare workers strutted the stage, displaying six different designers’ custom styles.

2012The sold‐out crowd at The State Room cheered all night long as they were inspired by cancer survivors having a great time on the catwalk. More than a few standing ovations were delivered by the audience that night. An event packed with laughs, cheers, and tears made this a night to remember. At The Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care, everyone walked away with a smile on their face and a very fond memory of the night. The audience cheered, the models and celebrities offered their services for next year, and the cancer survivors confirmed they would love to do the event again. This was the year that we began the tradition of a knock‐out fashion show that celebrates cancer survivors and fashion.
