    1. NEW MEDIA IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT Results Overview Prof. Dr. Michael Reiss, Hionia Vlachou, Gordana Spejic, Dirk Steffens Department of organizational design and behavior , University of Stuttgart Heilbronner Strasse 7 D-70174 Stuttgart Fon: +49 711 685-83156 Fax: +49 711 685-82764
    2. DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF THE SURVEY New media like weblogs, internet-communities, wikis and web based trainings are not only revolutionizing operational business and communication structures within and between companies, but also strategic processes like innovation and time based competition. The question is if and how successfully these new media are able to support change projects. To clarify this question, the Department of Organizational Design and Behavior at the University of Stuttgart conducted an online expert survey on “New Media in Change Management” between mid November 2007 and mid january 2008. Central aspects of the survey were the evaluation of the application and the benefits of the new media. You are invited to actively participate in our weblog http://www.change-zweinull.de
