Planning & Specification  Functional Requirement Specification All Patients will have their own patient record. Patient will be provided a patient ID. Admitting Clerk will assign the In-coming Patient Record to the Department Admin and direct the Patient to meet the Department Admin. Department Admin can assign the Patient to the respective Department and doctors/nurses to treat the patient as need arise. Doctors can also use the system to retrieve their patent record and will conduct series of tests and will update their test report along with comments in the Application. Billing Department can calculate the expense and also verify Patient has Insurance Policy or not. The system will expose the following operation using Web Service:  Create Patient record  Modify Patient record  View Patient Record  Bill to Patient
