considerable experience in the Central
American nation of Panama, Hilt Tatum IV
currently serves as the president and CEO
of iPoint Capital partners in Panama City. In
addition to his work in finance, Hilt Tatum IV
supports the efforts of the American Red
Cross (ARC). Widely recognized as a
disaster relief and blood donation nonprofit,
the ARC also offers safety courses such as
team first aid exercises.

3.  Participants in team first aid exercises at the
ARC learn how to apply the skills they have
mastered in an intensely team-based
scenario. After receiving initial instruction in
an opening emergency scenario,
participants divide into teams and select a
cue card at one of five skill stations. After
reading the card, participants assign roles
and receive valuable feedback from the
instructor. At the end of team first aid
exercises, participants can expect
increased confidence to respond and
improved response times and outcomes.
