The target audience for 2nd Circle are the friends and family of caregivers • Many family caregivers need more help from their "2nd Circle" of support (their family and friends) • These people often want to help, but don't know how, or are separated geographically, or for other reasons • The 2nd Circle app provides both an easy way to connect, and an excuse for doing so (means and motive) 5

  • 7. 2nd Circle will sustain itself with revenue generated from three sources • ADS: From companies wishing to sell their products to caregivers and their families and friends (durable medical, services, technology) • “FREEMIUM” Basic features of 2nd Circle will be free to users, premium features only available to subscribers • PER-MEMBER-PER-MONTH FEE Paid by health insurance companies to their customers with a premium-featured, branded app to: • Reduce cost of care (preventing just one admission will pay for 1000 app users for 1 year) • Improve policyholder retention 7
