Loads of Omega 3 fatty acids (trout),Vitamin A & C (Tomatoes) and lean proteins from fish.Ayurvedically speaking- it is quite balanced in the Pitta andKapha properties, thanks to Mustard Oil and CorianderLeaves. The tomato is not as good for the Vata dosha, butthen the fresh cooking with all fresh ingredients (includingfresh fish) enhances the Prana and diminishes the Vataqualities. Note: In pure Ayurvedic tradition, any form of meateating (including fish) is considered rajasic or tamasic in itsguna and so is not advised, unless for the convalescing.
